    Hi all,

We have approached a company who offer a number of perks through a discount card these include:

A free coffee from Café Nero every month

    20% off My protein

Free mobile phone insurance worth £179

Special rates on cinema tickets at ODEON, View and Cineworld

8% off at Topman, Topshop, Burton

    10% off at Café Nero

    10% off at Benefit cosmetics

    Exclusive pricing on Apple products

    £5 off Deliveroo

    Exclusive savings on Sky bundles

    10% off at New look

    15% off Boohoo.com

This is something we would offer to our paid members at a cost of approximately £50 per year in addition to monthly membership fees. What does everyone think? Is this something worthwhile and would our members be interested in these great benefits?

    Thanks,

Personally, as a student, I already have access to a massive variety of discounts (including ones you've mentioned) via a free website called UniDays. Therefore I wouldn't be interested in paying £50 per year for any, and I doubt any other students would either.

I agree with Daenerys. £50 a year AND a monthly fee is too much to expect of students.

Hmm, I definitely wouldn't pay £50 a year and monthly fee.... (the RCM is only £4 something a month and that's as an affiliate member, when you're a student it becomes cheaper and that's the RCM!!! Also we will already get student discounts :)

Have to agree with all of the above. Way too expensive, there are already a lot of free (or much cheaper) options out there for students and Nhs employees
