When I applied 2 years ago, my feedback was that my personal statement didnt show enough insight into the role of a midwife. So, how do you get this in?

Im not asking what I should write, im just a bit confused as to what they are asking for. Ive obviously re written my ps but worried that again it may not show enough insight :/

I related skills I had to those that the midwife might need eg communication, delegation. Don't forget they already know what the role is so dont describe it just describe how you would fit into it

I would ensure that you're relating EVERYTHING that you're writing back to the role of the midwife. Why would a midwife need this skill? Why is this knowledge important within midwifery?
